This is a case of muscle injury (flexor digitorum profundus, an extrinsic muscles of hand) which responsible for flexion of metacarpal and distal interphalangeal joints of medial 4 fingers. 65 yrs old women came with complaints of stiffness of left hand. In past history, she felt down with injury in left hand and forearm. She could not flex the fingers, she could not do any work by hand. Simply based on stiffness and injury , I gave RHUS TOX 0\1. within 3 days 70% improved. Within a week, she came back to normal. This case takes only few minutes. she tried all other system of medicine without benefit. Rhus tox gave magical cures.
