A case of young boy comes with the complaints of abdominal pain(epigastric region) on and off for few months.

12\8\22 based on above symptoms, following rubrics were taken

12\8\22 - BELL 0\1 prescribed
After 4 days, allopath asked to take MRCP

17\8\22- after BELL 0\1, within 4 days, no pain and general well being.
Investigation shows, LIKELY RESOLVING PANCREATITIS along with HEPATOSPLENOMEGALY(liver and spleen enlargement)

14\09\22 - After BELL0\2, pancreas and spleen normal
Severe hepatomegaly changed to mild hepatomegaly
Ravenous appetite, extreme craving for food present.
RX LYCOPODIUM 0\1 prescribed
