A case of young boy comes with the complaints of abdominal pain(epigastric region) on and off for few months.

After 4 days, allopath asked to take MRCP

Investigation shows, LIKELY RESOLVING PANCREATITIS along with HEPATOSPLENOMEGALY(liver and spleen enlargement)

14\09\22 - After BELL0\2, pancreas and spleen normal

Severe hepatomegaly changed to mild hepatomegaly

Ravenous appetite, extreme craving for food present.


RX LYCOPODIUM 0\1 prescribed
